My dogs inner eye is starting to like move up the eye. it looks like its tissue and its red like the inside of?
the eye. He is 12 years old and still really hyper. It looks like its tissue from the bottom of his eye, and it starting to block his vision. My parents say its from old age and refuse to take him to the vet. I think they could give him some medicine to help his eye out. Any suggestions on what it could be?

Dog's have an inner eyelid. Many things can cause it to swell. Some are non emergencies like Cherry Eye. Ugly but not life threatening (google "cherry eye in dogs" in google images). In other cases. internal swelling, infection or injury can cause it. In order to be safe, get to the Vet. Unfortunately Cherry Eye if not caught very early usually requires minor surgery to fix although some do nothing at all. If it is infection, it could create an emergency situation. Tell your parents that early treatment will save them money.
